FAQ

What is the capacity of the venue?

We are able to seat up to 300

What is included in rental fee?

We provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, bar/bartender services, and use of a
variety of decorations we have, that may enhance your decorating theme.

Is there a bar available?

Yes, we carry an Iowa Liquor License and provide a bartender at no cost to clients. NO outside alcohol can be brought in. You may choose to have an open bar, a cash bar, or a combination of the two.

What are the payment terms?

We ask for 50% down to secure your date. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event, along with a $500.00 damage deposit that
will be returned to you if there is no damage to venue property.

What are the insurance requirements?

Couples must provide a certificate of insurance for not less that $1,000,000 single use event insurance naming Lanterns & Lace as additional insured. Certificate must be provided at least 14 days prior to your event.
